Real Estate Excellence Membership

Real Estate Excellence Membership Services office four different options depending on your agency needs, wants and budget. 

The four options are Platinum PME, Platinum NON PME, Gold and Advisory. The Membership Services Agreement outlines the services and benefits, plus the investment costs. Please email us to receive the membership services agreement. This email address is being protected from spambots. There are no lock in contracts for Membership Services. The Membership Services are a periodic type agreement with the first three months in advance required upon commencement of services. Either party can give one months notice to cancel services. A lesser period can be agreed to.  Payments are in advance via credit card (secure online) or direct deposit. The Member Client nominates monthly, three months, six months or 12 months on the Membership Agreement for payments in advance. Online access to Member Online login is given when the first membership account is paid.

  • 39 separate chapters (folders online) make up the PME manual. Chapters (folder online) update as required online. Due to the size of the manual, the chapters are separated and updated individually as required.

  • A personalised (your agency logo) uploaded onto You Tube to refer absentee tenants and lessors (.wmv file).
  • A 40 plus page property owner investor presentation booklet template (for agency final edit) to use for listing presentations and assist in educating existing property owners.

Industry Update October 2021

Good afternoon,

The RTA have updated the forms listed below to reflect the commencement of the Domestic and Family Violence laws that were in the Covid emergency tenancy regulations, and have now merged into the RTRA Act. As the industry would be aware, the RTRA Act new and amended laws passed in Parliament in 14th October.

As per our email to Real Estate Excellence members this morning via the Latest Member Update, there were two attachments to the email. One for your lessors to use as you wish, and the other is for members only. The Update has an extensive plain English overview of the changes, and what commenced 20th October 2021, and what is law that has passed and  NOT YET commenced.
