In readiness for October 1, and the commencement of Stage 1 new and amended tenancy laws, your agency tenancy sign up presentation has been updated, and the link for your agency is included at the bottom of this email, just above our email signature below. The NEW tenancy sign up tenancy link will become live on October 1. Your existing link will be deleted. Please update your agency end any information required.
The Property Management Excellence (PME) system (realestateexcellence.com.au) will be updated, with ALL chapters edited with new forms and chapters. The Sales Excellence manual has also had minor edits and updates with a new version October 1, 2022. All the new information will be released at Member online October 1 (subject to any technical faults of which our support is on standby). Member online will be offline September 30 to allow for the changes which is quite substantial.
The training videos which form part of the PME system will be rolled out over the coming weeks/months after October 1. I am awaiting on the new RTA approved forms release which I require before doing the videos. As per the September Member Update, the best practice new RTA and QCAT Forms will be completed and loaded to Member online as soon as possible after October 1.

Please find attached the latest Real Estate Excellence Member Updates with the contents shown below. We have had to update the September Member update to version 2 as the RTA have update their Q and A advice. The source and RTA link is on the attached.– Please note their Q and A may update again after this – we will monitor and recommend you do also.
Attached is the VERSION 2 of the Member update, and the tenant and lessor RTA quick guide for your use.

The September Member update is now at Member login (realestateexcellence.com.au) (latest Member update folder, then September 2022). The Member update will be emailed to Members on the 6th September.
The Member update focuses on best practice tips to assist with the October 1 commencement of Stage 1 tenancy laws. The September Member update also includes a quick guide for lessors and tenants.
Refer also (all Members) to the Member login (realestateexcellence.com.au) emailed to you each month since February 2022 targeting the new laws for your office, and templates for your lessor (for your final edit).
