For PME system - Platinum PME membership Real Estate Excellence offices to view anytime. In the PME system folder there is a new dedicated training videos folder called 00 Training Videos. The format mp4. Login to Member Online login to view.
The aim is a maximum of 30-minute training videos with many being shorter than this time. The shorter videos allow time to review, consider, discuss in the team, gather notes, email us if required and more.
The training and education videos are PERFECT for new Property Managers, and even better for the most experienced.
The videos mainly have a third-party voiceover to slides/presentation with Stacey Holt writing the training, notes and narration. It is all Real Estate Excellence work, just with a different voice to the training.
References are made to the relevant PME chapters and paragraphs for review during or after the training if required. This includes best practice forms. (The video can be paused if required to gather what you need to have in front of you).
The PME training and education videos will build up over time and will continue to be added to/ updated as required.
