The workshop for property managers and business development managers, presented by Stacey Holt from Real Estate Excellence, will focus on the compliance, time management, risk management and best practice.
What all managers dealing with new business should know
Many legislative provisions under the RTRA Act are the lessor's law. How are they taught their required obligations for which they are responsible.
This part of the event will discuss and study topics that managers dealing with new business should know from all relevant legislation including the RTRA Act, AFA Act and PO Act. Tips on how to educate clients on the required legislation that they, as a lessor of Queensland, should know. The most important document in the business will be studied (the management agreement - PO Form 6).
Practical tips for growth and setting up the new business with the management in mind, not new business in mind. This part of the day will focus on tips on how to grow the rent roll on a budget and how success could be achieved in growth easily.
