Real Estate Award flexibility during coronavirus

On 5 August 2020, the Fair Work Commission varied the Real Estate Award by adding a new Schedule I. It applies from an employee’s first full pay period on or after 6 August 2020.

Schedule I temporarily changes the rules for commission-only arrangements and the calculation of an employee’s Minimum Income Threshold Amount.
