Member Update March 2022

NEW PME training videos for Property Management Excellence (PME) system (realestateexcellence.com.au) member offices. These news videos cover the new tenancy laws yet to commence. 

The new training videos currently are Minimum Housing Standards, Pets Laws, and Miscellenous overview of other matters with more to come. Watch short video here.

10th March 2022

PME system members,as per our email to you today as part of the March Member update service, all of the PME system will be updated ready for the new laws including your tenancy sign up presentation. DRAFT example below of the new version which will be released when the new laws commence. This may not be the final draft, however sharing with you as an example for now.
